Essential Oils

Why Are We Talking About Essential Oils on This Website and How Do They Work?

They have been instrumental in both of our healing journeys and we want to share what works for us. Essential oils are natural plant extracts that promote health and well-being. It is often called Aromatherapy although some call it essential oil therapy. It is the use of aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit as the oils enhance both physical and emotional health. You can also use oils for food preparation and beauty treatment.

Aromatic:

Diffusing essential oils can cleanse and purify the air but also calm and sooth you or give you a pick-me-up.

Topical:

There are many oils that you can safely apply topically as they are absorbed by the skin and impact your cellular health.

Internal:

Certain oils are great for using in your culinary endeavors or be used as dietary supplements for targeted wellness.
