What Does Loving Life Look Like?

Do you dream of having a life that is easier and more effortless?  Wouldn’t it be wonderful to stop micromanaging, pushing, and forcing things to happen?  Think of what it would feel like to relax and allow life to unfold right in front of you.  Where you wake up every day loving your life?

I call that living in The BEING Zone.  The BEING Zone is a place where you are present in the moment, calm and propelled by powerful energy towards the right people and the right opportunities.  It is where you learn to listen to your intuition by tuning into your heart and body and listening to what they say to you. You will gain a sense of peace when you learn to exist in The BEING Zone.

What Isn’t Working?

A good starting point is to identify what isn’t working for you in your life. When you can understand what that is, you have a much better chance of getting to the why it might be keeping you stuck.  When you clear the underlying issue, your life will begin to transform into one you love.

Client Story:

My client, Cheryl, reached out because she felt stuck in life.  She was not motivated to get anything done.  She had moved into her new home and had not even unpacked all her boxes.  She was dragging her feet, going to work.  We asked Why five times to get to the core issue.

  1. Why do I feel stuck? Because I no longer love my job
  2. Why don’t you love your job? It has changed, and I am no longer feeling like I am making a difference?
  3. Why don’t you feel like you are making a difference? They ask me to take on responsibilities that are no longer client based.
  4. Why? Because they are low on head count and need to spread the workload around.
  5. Why? Because COVID has affected their operations.

The bottom line, my client no longer loves her job.  The good news is, she is financially secure and does not have to keep this job.  We used the SHIFT tool to clear her old belief passed down her family line that she has to work hard and can’t just do what she wants in life.  She now feels light and clear and excited about the future.  She is planning an extended trip overseas to be with her daughter.  She will put her home on the rental market, give notice when the time is right, and move towards creating a life she loves.

Simple Steps for Creating a Life you Love

  1. Listen to your heart and body. They tell the truth.
  2. Ask the Five Why’s to get to the core issue so you can make decisions on what to change.
  3. Once you know what is keeping you stuck, use the SHIFT tool to clear it.
  4. Listen to your heart, soul, and body to determine what you want and take decisive action towards that new life.
