Take time every day to stop and just breathe. If you do, you will find that you will flow more gracefully through your day.
When you are calm inside, you will feel more stable outside. Taking time to be present in the moment and notice your surroundings in peace, you will find that you will be happier, live longer, and achieve peak human experiences. If you are ready to create and live the life you dreamed of, it’s easy. Just take time out to be present and enjoy your surroundings.
Close your eyes for a moment. You will find you feel more relaxed.
Bring your awareness to the sounds around you, any sound…become fully present with its presence.
Notice as you tune into the sounds around you, that your busy brain quiets. Notice the sounds closest to you. Now listen to those that are further away.
You will find that your voice in your head, being stuck in the past, gently floats away, taking away with it all the cares and worries of the world. Just sit within yourself and listen to the sounds and watch your breath just slowly moving in and out naturally.
